         <description><![CDATA[<div>From this practical lesson, I had discovered over time that out of all the skills that we have learnt, sifting and mixing the cake batter are my strengths. I think that it is because sifting does not require much skills and it is a rather easy task to fulfil. I managed to get most of the flour into the bowl instead of making a mess. On the other hand, the cleaning up part is my strength as the dishes were done neatly and nicely without clogging the sink. I had also discovered over time that out of all the skills that we had learnt, folding in and creaming are a main problem. I think it is because the folding in required a lot of strength and I do not have strong arms. I feel that I can try harder and use more strength next time. The folding in method is a very tricky process and it is difficult to do it perfectly without having to stop. Same goes for the creaming technique. It is not easy to do it manually instead of using an electric mixer. I ended up doing it sloppily and there were a lot of lumps and big chunks left in the batter. Thus, I feel that I can do the job better next time by taking turns to cream the batter with my&nbsp;partner.I feel that my presentation is a big problem too as I lack in inspiration and creativity to present this it looks very plain and dull. I feel that the cupcake is a suitable dessert for most elderly who suffer from osteoporosis as cheese is a dairy product and it contains calcium which is good for our bones. Cheese can be a bad thing too as it is high in days. This may not be a suitable dessert for the people who suffer from obesity or high cholesterol. What can be improved I'd that we can use low fattening cheese.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>from this practical, I have learnt how to bake cupcakes with a cheese filling, also known as the cheesy cupcakes. The method of making the cupcakes is not as simple as one might imagine it to be, there are quite a number of steps required to actually making the cupcake. From folding in the dough to properly placing the cream cheese, the steps require a lot of concentration to ensure that the final product is satisfactory. I have learnt how to fold in the dough properly. This skill is important in making the cupcakes as it prevents the air from going in or out go the dough and thus gives the final product a better texture. One of the many challenges I faced was that I did not work out the tasks between both of us and I lack practice in making the dough. The poor communication between me and my partner (Ibrahim 31) lead to inefficient time usage. I will try to talk more to Ibrahim when the next practical arrives and hopefully we can work out who does what tasks</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>From this practical lesson, I learnt how to mix all the ingredients together and whisk them altogether for about 15 minutes however the timing might vary. Then we put a first layer of the mixture and added a small amount of cream cheese and lastly, add another layer of the mixture. Then we did the same for the rest of the cupcakes. We managed to fill up 9 cupcake liners. Lastly, my partner and I put the cupcakes into the oven to bake. The cupcakes turned out to be really nice and tasty! However I feel that we should have tried to manage our time properly as when some of our classmates' cupcakes were done baking, we just started baking ours. </div>]]></description>

I learnt that I need to fold the dough correctly or else the air spaces will not fet filled up by the dough.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My strengths when making the cheesy cupcake was when I did the creaming and the folding-in. The creaming was very time consuming but it has taught me to have patience. The folding-in was very fun although I had to use a lot of strength. The time management was really bad as this practical has eaten up 15 minutes of my recess time. My skills in sifting is pretty alright although u did spill some flour on the counter. The creaming and the folding-in was very fun bit tiring . I think I did well in that part as I was able to do it in a short period of time . I think that this dessert will not be good for diet related problems as it has a lot of sugar and fats in it. This would increase the chances of diet related problems such as diabetes and obesity. I recommend reducing the sugar and changing the milk into yogurt. This will allow the cupcake to be wet and moist on the inside although cooked thoroughly.</div>]]></description>

I also learnt how to compromise with the ingredients , for example if the dough is too wet we will have to add more flour to the dough .I think that me and my partner needs to learn how to manage the time properly because when we were supposed to start packing up our cupcakes were still in the oven .          <description><![CDATA[<div>During pratical,we bake cheesy cupcake.We are quite good in sifting the flour as we remove all the impurities in the flour.When we cream the cupcake the right amount for all the cupcake.We mix egg,butter,sugar and flour until it is soft and creamy white.We have time management as we have finished baking in the time limit.The problem when we snifting the flour is that we do it to slowly. LWe should shift faster in order not to waste time.We have no problem when creaming,folding in and mixing the batter.We clean the dishes carefully in order to have all the dirts off and present the cupcake in a nice presentable way.We have no problem in time management.The cupcake is not suitable dessert for people with diet related problems.We can improve for diet related people to eat by reducing the butter and sugar</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When baking the chessy cupcake, I learnt that for creaming we had to keep mixing till we do not see any more grains left. That was the hardest part of the whole process because we had to keep mixing for about 10 to 15 minutes &amp; it was quite tiring&nbsp;. The sifting part was easier because all we had to do is to makes sure we remove the impurities from the flour. My partner and I had good time management as we manage to complete preparing the batter just in time so that we had enough time to bake the cupackes. We also did well in cleaning up after the whole baking thing. We clean the plates properly and dried them followed by cleaning the table top. In my opinion , this cupcake is not a suitable dessert for people with diet related problems. It can be improved by reducing the amount of sugar as it could cause lots of diseases such as diabetes.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When my partner was sifting the flour, she was very fast in doing so however towards the end, there were many big grains in the sift. We added butter and sugar then we added the flour into the bowl in batches. We only added in the egg after we could no longer hear grain sounds when finished putting all the flour in. Then we mixed the mixture in a out-in direction for about 15 minutes however the time used may vary. The time taken to prepare all the ingredients was well managed. However, as we were unsure if the mixture was well mixed so we kept asking the teacher and wasted a lot of time in the process. By the time other people finished baking, my partner and I just started baking the cupcakes. We were way behind time. We were the last few to leave the kitchen. I feel that we could have done better by trusting ourselves that what we were doing was right. I feel that the cupcake is not a suitable dessert for people with diet related problems. People with diet related problems should have a lesser sugar intake. As sugar used will worsen the person's current health situation. Dietary sugar should be used to raise one's blood pressure. Because of the high insulin resistance caused by excess sugar intake, glucose and other forms of sugar, they  can’t get into the cells and become “stuck” in the bloodstream. Therefore increasing more problems for diabetics patients. Using dietary sugar is highly recommended.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the practical, I managed to sift the flour in less than 5 minute. Most of the flour landed on the bowl and it was very easy to seive as the flour was light. I feel that I was quite efficient in doing it and it was not time-consuming. I feel that my partner was quite good in sifting the flour too.<br>I feel that the cleaning up part was quite well done as the cooking area was very spick and span and that the dishes were cleaned and no food particles were clogging the sink.<br>I feel that the creaming was a bit hard and that it was quite time consuming. When creaming it, the butter was rather hard and by using the manual whisk, it needed more strength to mix it as the butter was still not melted. When doing the folding in method, the batter was quite thick,making it harder to mix as it is very heavy. It needed more force especially folding it in as I can feel that air bubbles are going in, making it heavier.<br> I feel that my partner and I's time manangement is a bit off as we took too muh time on folding in the batter and mixing the batter. When using the technique there was a lot of lumps as there was a ir bubbles in between the batter and it took a long time to make it not so lumpy.<br>In my opinion, I feel that it is suitable for people who suffer from ostoporosis as cheese is a dairy product and it has calcium which is beneficial for our bones and our teeth. However, on the other hand, cheese is also quite fattening and sweet, thus I dont recommend people who suffer from obesity ir high chlorestrol to eat it too often. In order to make it less sweet and not as fattening, we can use less fattening cheese and put in more  calcium.</div>]]></description>

While mixing the cake batter and creaming, My partner and I took turns to do it. The result of the batter was very thick and creamy, Which we thought that it was the perfect texture. The baking of the cupcakes however took longer than expected and that resulted us to be the last one handing them up. Luckily, We could cleanup and prepare everything on time so we just have to improve our time management of baking the cupcakes. The cupcakes are not suitable for people with diet-related issues. Sugar can be reduced or be replaced with honey To Help diabetes patients. The cheese and butter can be replaced with low-fat cheese and butter for people with high blood pressure. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the FCE practical, I learnt how to cream and fold in the batter. When I was creaming, I had a problem folding in the batter as at the start it was pretty thick and hard to fix. But slowly after adding proportions of the beaten eggs and stirring constantly, the batter became smooth and creamy. While trying to fold the batter in, it was tiring as we had to keep scooping it in and out, this made me hands really sore. So me and my partner kept taking turns to get the batter stirred in a constant clockwise direction.While one person was mixing the batter, the other person would try to keep the sink and counter clean and tidy.Our time was quite well spent. Unfortunately, after pouring the batter in the cupcake paper, there was not enough cream cheese to go around. Some of us had to wait for more to be prepared. Even though the wait was barely 5 minutes, it really brought us to a slight rush for time. While most people were already baking their cupcakes, me and my partner were still preparing the cupcakes to bake. After this we placed them into the oven.&nbsp;To add on, our cupcakes were baking slower than expected. Most people took 15 minutes while we took about 20. This resulted in us being one of the lasts to finish. When we were done presenting the cupcakes, most people had already went for their recess. It was fun to cook the cupcakes and at least ours didn't taste bitter . I glad that the method of cooking was baking as baking is a rather healthy one. Even though it is a slow method of cooking, little nutrients is loss and the brown appearance of our cupcakes were appealing!<br>Partner - Chuan Qing&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the practical, I learnt that creaming was to make sure that the batter was smooth without any grains left on the side of the bowl. This process is the hardest among all. It was very tiring to mix the batter manually. My partner and I had to take turns. The mixture was lumpy as it had air bubbles in it. We had to keep asking Mdm Norli as we were unsure if the batter was perfect. Sifting was the easiest process among all. I was able to make sure that the impurities are not in the flour and I only took less than 4 minutes to do so. I think my partner and I need to manage our time well because we were not able to bake the cupcakes in time. I think this dessert is not a suitable for people with health related problems as the amount of sugar is too high. If the usage of sugar can be decreased when baking the cupcakes, it will be better for people with health related problems.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>during this cupcake practical i learnt a few new ways of baking, such as creaming and folding in. during the process of creaming, we were tasked to mash the butter and mix it in with the sugar till the mixture was smooth and fluffy. For me, this was not an easy task as i did not have enough strength to mix the batter and my partner and i had to take turns doing the task. i was able to take turns doing the task. i was able to sieve the flour with ease and without any difficulty. When my partner and i were doing the folding in process, the mixture was able to lap over smoothly and there was no hindrance. for management and preparation of items, i think that my partner and i could have done better in terms of time management as we were a little behind time. in my opinion this dessert cannot be presented to people with health related problems as the amount of sugar used is much more than than what they should be having. the sugar can be replaced with other ingredients that give off the same flavour.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>While going throught the very education process of making the cupcake, I have learnt many new skills from the instructions Mdm Norli gave. While sifting the flour, I took extra precaution to not spill any flour from the bowl so as to reduce the time used for cleaning. Whilst mixing was tough, I did a pretty good job in my opinion.The batter had the right balance of everything. As for folding-in the flour into the batter, it was extremely tough as the flour had solidified the batter and the mixture had gone tougher. I also think that for those people with diet problems, tweaks can be made to the ingredients used to suit those, who for example, have an allergy to egg. Removing the egg in the batter and replacing it with other non-egg based ingredients is a better solution.All in all, I had a great experience making the cupcake.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the cheesy cupcake practical. Me and my partner's skills in sifting, creaming, folding-in &amp;a mixing the batter was almost close to what the teacher's batter looked like and the only problem that we ran into was that we should have done all the steps previously mentioned better and faster. Me and my partner's time management in preparing,cleaning up &amp; presenting the cupcake was close to being mediocre. We did not have enough time to bake the cupcakes fully which made a lot of our cupcakes looked flat and&nbsp;although we tried to do everything systemically, we were not fast enough in doing all the steps and that was also why our entire group were late for our recess. I think that if we were to change something about the cupcake to make it suitable for diet related problems is to reduce the use of sugar and lower the use of butter. To sum it all up, even though our cupcake didn't taste good, I still had a lot of fun making it.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Q1. One of my strengths was mixing the dough together. Secondly i thought that i did well in the time management. In the end i felt that i improved my baking skills.</div><div>Q2. I felt that i did not do well in my cleanliness.My table was in a mess as i could not organise my things well.What i was dissapointed with myself was the sieving. My dough was in chunks and pieces. It was such a horrible sight. There were lots of impurities. I also did not know how to test if the cupcake is cooked. I learnt that i need a need to test if the cupcake was cooked.</div><div>Q3.i dont think it is good for people with diabetes. Firstly it is HIGH in sugar and secondly it is baked which is unhealthy.
