He mentions how ever since the incident of Pete beating three immigrants and was not in trouble, portrayed how anyone could do anything and get away with it. Just like gentrification and how people are just renewing society without a problem. He uses the word "thing" after every statement because it gives the tone of careless which demonstrates the attitude that society has nowadays towards gentrification </div>]]></description>
