I turned into Caylin , and needed to get my "MA FIX"  in every day afterschool. I always looked forward to our brainstorming sessions and getting to know you more. It was then when it clicked why she just needed to see you or talk to you everyday. You don't know until you know. You pushed and motivated me, you  knew how to reel me in when needed and also gave me such freedom to soar. You are strong, capable and  no one can multitask like you - I would watch you in amazement of how you got it all done. Only you would understand every aspect of it; our first babies, my office manager year, our shared office space, office/staff lounge/food pantry/tech center, 4:10 pm dismissal and kicking students out by 6 pm, lunch duty, and stalker students lol. We met back in the spring of 2014 and we were the only staff we new outside of Hoa for months.

Thank you for the long hours , thank you for the Costco, BJs, Staples runs , thank for the visit to gas station to get air for our blow up indoor swimming pool for our end of year celebration, thank you for the visits to Home Depot to get plants for graduation and gratitude flowers for the staff, thank you for entertaining the Ms. Ma I have a crazy idea and then making magic happen, thank you for the multitasking , thank you for making sure everybody gets paid for their time on time, thank you for the it’ll get done and nothing is impossible mentality, thank you helping the staff get unstuck when they have a challenge, thank you for caring so deeply for our students , thank you for being our technology specialist and ensuring 556 students not only have a device but for continuing to trouble shoot when QCC software isn’t loading, thank you for ensuring we meet our compliance deadlines, thank you for meeting every purchasing deadline, thank you for creating systems that help our school work better, thank you for your leadership in every areas of our school to help make BTECH better.
