         <description><![CDATA[<div>Personalization - hyperdocs for student choice, students have options in how they learn (teacher, peer, video, reading) and in how they pace themselves through different concepts<br><br>Agency - Students have choice in how they present their understanding of recently learned concepts (flipgrid, posters, teach a lesson, etc)<br><br>Authentic Audience - students present their learning to each other using different mediums. Presenting/sharing learning outside of our own classroom is definitely a struggle though.<br><br>Connectivity - students connect to one another through peer tutoring, teaching each other lessons, using flipgrid to explain their work, etc. Again, connecting outside of our own classroom is a struggle.<br><br>Creativity - </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Students are given playlists to complete assignments. They display agency when they complete the given assignment such as a mini-lesson on Show Me, they assess themselves using the video. When they are done they are given a choice of what activity they want to do. For example they can do a collaborative worksheet with a partner that is differentiated and gives students a chance to assess one another. They can also choose to complete a Test Wizard assignment with all Regents questions.</div>]]></description>
