Agency - Students have choice in how they present their understanding of recently learned concepts (flipgrid, posters, teach a lesson, etc)

Authentic Audience - students present their learning to each other using different mediums. Presenting/sharing learning outside of our own classroom is definitely a struggle though.

Connectivity - students connect to one another through peer tutoring, teaching each other lessons, using flipgrid to explain their work, etc. Again, connecting outside of our own classroom is a struggle.

They display agency when they complete the given assignment such as a mini-lesson on Show Me, they assess themselves using the video. When they are done they are given a choice of what activity they want to do. For example they can do a collaborative worksheet with a partner that is differentiated and gives students a chance to assess one another.
