What I most find irritating is the fact that many people only slack off and not ask what they can do when it comes to group activities, given the fact that it is a GROUP activity, doesn't mean you don't have to do anything anymore. I find it tolerable when people ask many questions because I know for a fact that, that person needed to learn and understand some things better, so for me, it doesn't matter if a person asks many questions, at least I know that, that person learns and is in need of my help. Lastly, what makes me mad is when someone keeps on commanding (or inuutusan ka) you to do something even when that person could do it themselves, and they just keep on commanding you to do it so that they wouldn't do it.

For me, the most irritating behavior is being pessimistic all the time in the workplace. Because I believe in "law of attraction" I don't want the negative vibes in the workplace like for me you are dragging us along with your negative vibe and we can't function well. The tolerable behavior is when people ask for help because they are having a hard time in a task. What makes me mad is when the person is irresponsible or a freeloader because all of us have different responsibilities in the workplace thus we all have the obligation to do our responsibilities.

I find it irritating when a person lacks effort in collaborating in a certain workplace and will use different reasons to somehow justify her actions or behavior. What I find tolerable, is when the group members of the workplace take time to suggest ideas or make opinions especially when the given task is something out of their comfort zone or challenges them, this certain action means they would like to learn and exert effort for the team's success. What makes me mad, is whenever there are obvious conflicts inside the workplace but the members choose to neglect the said issue. That kind of situation should be discussed with a sense of maturity because if the workplace is involved in that kind of situation the performance of the whole will be affected in a negative way. Both sides should be heard and considered to prevent a divided workplace and to stay united.

What I find irritating is when a person acts like they know everything. Some people always want to prove how smart or knowledgeable they are. They take every opportunity to let people know they already know something. Next, what I find tolerable is when a person asks for guidance and opinions when doing their individual work. It just shows that the person is willing to learn and wants their output to be well done. Lastly, being disrespectful in any kind that is unprofessional, inappropriate and offensive is what makes me mad in a workplace.

I find it irritating when a person puts down another person, or the crab-bucket effect, it is a way of thinking best described by the phrase "if I can't have it, neither can you". Also, it is unacceptable that a person diminishes or pulls down anyone else who achieves or is about to achieve success greater than their own. I find it tolerable if the person is giving feedbacks for improvement. People in the workplace or organizations must be open to giving and receiving constructive feedback as part of normal day-to-day development and growth. Such feedback should be evidence-based and delivered appropriately. Lastly, discrimination, inappropriate, and insensitive behavior certainly makes me mad. We all have different levels of sensitivity and emotions, however, I believe we must take accountability for our attitude towards others. Being kind is free and we must stand to a virtue that will lead many people to achieve greater things together.

It's really irritating as we all try to work together to have a good outcome but there is a person who tries to make his/her own decision without consulting the others. When I find it tolerable is when each and everyone makes an effort to show that they are there and ready to help all the time. What makes me mad most of the time when I knew that there's a conflict within the group but the people within the group tries to ignore it and leads to misunderstanding. It's a nice way to fix everything first and resolve the issue as we all want to work in peace and have a good outcome.

I find it irritating when a person is being negative all the time. That person always starts with a heavy heart by thinking that he/she will always say that “we can’t do it” or “we will not gonna make it.” It feels like that person is someone who always concludes every situation that is being handled. For instance, when a person brings everyones energy down just because the task didn’t make the cut or we weren’t successfully executed the plan smoothly. I find it tolerable when a person accepts his/her criticism by his/her co-workers. I believe that a good co-worker knows how to handle the negative comments towards his/her peers. This makes the team stronger because taking criticism as a learning can be an essential point to yourself and knowing that it can still improve. I find it mad when a person disrespects his/her co-worker. One of the reasons why people always have conflicts inside the workplace is because of this - having to deal with disrespectful team member. It bothers me knowing that a person can disrespect his/her co-worker just because that person knows that he/she the higher position and has the better job than anyone else.

I find it irritating when people in the workplace don't cooperate with their colleagues or respectful bosses. The ones who think they can do whatever they want because they "know better" or they feel like they're better than everyone because of educational ranks or racial difference. I find it tolerable when people in the workplace have different work ethics or personalities. Some people may be outgoing in terms of doing work and like collaborating or sharing ideas while others can be a solo worker, which I totally understand. As long as there's room for innovations and ideas for the company, I believe it's tolerable. It angers me the most when people are just plain disrespectful in any way. This could be discrimination, stereotyping, internal racism, prejudice and so on. It could be as simple as judging a colleague's idea or putting colleague's in a bubble of stereotypes and being biased about it. It could just make everyone uncomfortable and the workplace wouldn't be professional and quite immature.

I find it irritating when people do mediocre work, knowing that they could do a better job. I find it tolerable when people don't do their tasks early on because people have their own pace on how they do their work. And especially during these though times you never know what a person has on their plates so it's best to give them the benefit of the doubt so long as they accomplish the work on time. And I get mad when people aren't cooperating because of certain biases. In the workplace I think it is important to set aside personal biases and learn how to work with others regardless of what you feel about your co-workers. And I get mad when people try to hog all the work then complain that others aren't contributing. Communication is essential in a workplace. People should learn to work together despite their differences.

The behaviors or characteristics of people that I find both irritating and tolerable is the given opportunities to people regardless of who they are. We could see numerous scenarios when the unprivileged meets the privileged. One of the negative benefits in this scenario is the flexibility and consideration of one’s concern is often left behind. We should have an environment when one’s feature must be noticeable and give credit to because, in order to make a safe and creative community, everyone must be open-minded and transparent to one another. The main behaviors that make me mad all the time are the close-minded and assumptions of people to anyone. What I said earlier, having an open-minded mindset can lead to an open and safe community where all are treated fairly and equally. You may see the person’s characteristics at first sight, but given the chance to get to know the person for a period of time could change the perception and I think this should be applicable to everyone in social interactions.

The behavior that I find irritating is when people do not do the tasks that they are tasked to do. Like you have to remind them constantly and they are prioritizing something that is not even important. Also, I find it irritating when people at work judge you whether it may be your outer or inner appearance. It’s as if they could do something about it. This behavior can also be tolerable for me since I can manage it when I hear stuff like these because I know I am not like that and I am way better than what they say. What makes me mad is when people discriminate others especially when it is already affecting them badly.

The behavior of people that I find irritating is when they think they "know it all" when in reality, they really don't. This behavior really bothers me because personally, I think that there is nothing wrong in admitting that you are not knowledgeable of something instead of covering it up with information that aren't accurate. Admitting that your are knowledgeable of something is what I find tolerable because some may be informed about a specific thing while the others are not informed. I get mad when someone that has a higher position abuses his/her power to humiliate or treating someone that has a lower position incompetently.
