         <title>Echeveria &quot; Peach Pride&quot;</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The whole plant is bright light green. Its leaves are unusually oblate. The tips of leaves would turn peach in color in adequate sunshine and low temperatures. </div><div>The leaves feel dry, similar to heart shape with a little faint smell. There’s short hair on the stem. After three weeks, the leaves become larger though some of them wither. The stem grows more crooked than ever. It is a pleasure for me to take part in the eco activities and learn interesting succulent plants.<br>402 Li, Si-Xua</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The leaves of ‘Peach Pride’are white and green, oval-shaped. The stem is thick and short. Maybe the the black rotten of stem is caused by the recent heavy rain.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I observe that Senecio barbertonicus has long green leaves with pleasant tea fragrance. It is an upright grower, a native of South Africa.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The dead leaves of Derex feel coarse and smooth, and its living leaves are apparently coated with wax. After three weeks, the crooked plant went straight. The height increased one centimeter. The leaves are more solid than before; it’s not easy to shed. At the beginning I was nervous and hoped to get an easy to grow succulent plant, and it can be propagated into many new plants.          <description><![CDATA[<blockquote>Atropurpurea prefers dry weather and plenty of sunshine. It grows as usual in summer. Make sure that there are shade and adequate ventilation. In winter, it’s dormant. The main propagation method is leaf cutting. The Latin words ‘atro-purpureus’mean dark-purple.</blockquote><div> Atropurpurea is the first succulent I plant. I expected to observe its change and growth, leaf by leave every day. It throve in adequate sunshine and water and increased 3cm high. Its leaves are long oval shaped with light red margins.          <title>Graptoveria Titubans</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Graptoveria are hybrids of Graptopetalum and Echeveria. The leaves are light green, tinged with pink tips in full sun. And they are drop- shaped as big as my fingers. Partial-shade and ventilation are needed in hot summer. Don’t overwater. It keeps growing during the whole year. At first, I don’t know how to take care of my plant. I was afraid that it didn’t get good care, became sick or even died.          <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The school succulent with the image of Mother carrying her child.</strong><br><br></div><blockquote>Or Orostachys furusei is a hardy little succulent plant with rosettes of fleshy grey-brown leaves up to 2 inch (5cm) wide. It produces towers of yellow flowers. Flowering often commences in early autumn but may begin as late as November. The flowering rosette dies after flowering but it is quickly replaced by offsetting ones.</blockquote><div><br></div>]]></description>

After three weeks, in addition to the original leaves, more tiny leaves were found in the central part.  </div><div>I think that the succulent plant is cool because it doesn’t require too much water and protection or care.          <title>xPachyveria “Powder Puff”</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It’s a hybrid of Echeveria and Pachyphytum. Althought it is drought tolerant, it prefers warm climate, not cold tolerant.</div><div>The leaves are green with a layer of white powder, resistant to sunlight. It looks like a lotus in shape. It’s a slow grower. Only water when the soil in pots is completely dry even in fall- the growing period. Especially avoid accumulating water in the central leaves.
