As part of any learning developing critical reflection skills by means of writing a personal reflective account of learning will help you to understand better your strengths and weaknesses and build a plan for continuous learning and development. Your reflection could address areas of knowledge and practical skills, which were most significant for you and ways in which you can further develop them with a plan. Please try to be honest and critical in your personal reflection of learning focusing on yourself. You can attach examples/evidence of your learning in this Padlet by means of photographs, videos, links and many more. Enjoy reflecting!

In week 5 you may start getting busier with your studying but please remember the importance of reflection. There is a lot of academic literature that addresses the value of reflection in helping students to learn better and build different skills, capabilities and competencies. In addition to literature on reflection you may have perhaps been given by your own tutor, aim to explore additional resources you find on the value of reflection not only for learning but also for professional development. Think about how are you going to use some of the skills you are developing now in your later professional life?

And of course remember to keep on recording your learning this week!

In week 9, you have already developed a lot of learning and many different skills. You are already gaining the benefits of your learning. However, once we think that we are good at something we may forget about the importance of continuing learning. So this week, aim to focus more on trying new strategies and speak to others, seek feedback and ideas on how the areas you have developed could be approached differently. Aim to share and exchange ideas! A good starting point is a TED Talk I shared earlier on how to get better at the things you care about by Eduarto Briceno.
