I just knew that this programme would help me for my self-development but how?I was feeling nervous naturally. But at the end of the 1st day I got it. My confidence got bigger. 
 And I also  thought about my teaching and learning beaviours. I told myself that ‘ I will never be an old fashioned teacher, I will update me and my skills countinuously . I am gonna do more student-centered activities and make my students feel more comfortable in the classroom. To achieve this,I will adopt ice breaker activities (star,actionbound) form my local context.

I mean that I will try to be a more patient,flexible teacher in the class. I will make more repetitions and speak English as much as possible. I will always keep in mind that they can be distracted easily.They are just kids and not able to manage  their feelings or behaviour in the way adults can.
