One of my favorite books was the Hunger Games books by Suzanne Collins. I highly recommend it to anybody who likes action and adventure. It is about a girl by the name of Katniss Everdeen and she gets picked to go to the hunger games where 2 people from each of the 12 districts fight to the death. When the only one stands they will be crowned victor and be rich for the rest of their lives. This book was cool because it has a lot of interesting parts in it. It is very  interesting and there are so many cliff hangers that when you say "I will stop at the end of this chapter" you will JUST HAVE TO keep reading! I was so hooked that I used up my whole weekend reading it! There are also 2 books after the Hunger Games book and they're Catching Fire and Mocking Jay. I recommend that you read those too because they answer a lot of unanswered questions. Once again I highly recommend that you read this book if not you are DEFINITELY Missing out.

#2 No Summit Out Of Sight By: Jordan Romero

I would not recommend Summit Out Of Sight by Jordan Romero. I think that this book was hard to understand and it wasn't that enjoyable in the first place. It is actually an autobiography and the author is the kid int the book. I is a true story and a little bit amazing on what went on in his life. It is about Jordan climbing all the 7 summits. He is the youngest to climb Everest and the top 7 mountains in the world. He does it in five years and finishes when he is 14. I did not like this book Because the author used very complicated terms in used in mountaineering and did not explain them very well. Another aspect was it seemed to go on forever. for instance there were probably about 15 pages when he was at the top of Everest just talking about how he felt. Lastly I think that you should not read this book

#3 Hoot By: Carl Hiaasen

I recently read the book Hoot by Carl Hiaasen. If you have read this book before, then you know what I am talking about. This book is amazing. It is about this boy who lives in Florida. There is this construction job that is going on by his house and all these strange things are happening to it. He soon finds out that there are burrowing owls in the construction site and they will soon be run over by bulldozers. He does all that he can to save the owls, but does he do it? Well, I must leave that to you. I highly recommend this book to almost anybody. It has so many twist and turns around every corner. This book has won the Newberry honor award and it just adds another layer that it proves that it is good. Otherwise, this book is a amazing book. It is the kind of book that you pick up and say, "looks lame" but you start to read it and you cant stop! Read it! In bed in the car on the plane in the shower and on top of a rock! That is why In think you should read Hoot!
