The way they use the keyboards makes the piece vary in just how it sounds, the drums add that kind of feeling you get when you're watching a sport, just waiting for something to happen. It just makes it feel sort of suspenseful. The crescendos, decrescendos [not sure if I'm even spelling them right] and even steady dynamics are held out. They also play the drums in certain parts.
