If you google lesson plan thousands of unique lessons will pop up in seconds. They can also be shared by word of mouth. If a teacher has a great lesson plan, they may share that lesson with another teacher in the future and allow them to use it their own classroom.  I have attached an example of a way that a lesson plan is shared. I completed an assignment in a previous course in which I collected many lesson plans on various topics and grouped them into a slide show for future use.
