It is something that they can always have access to and always have at hand. 

They can be as anonymous as they like feel more comfortable.  They don't have to feel embarrasses asking a classmate a question, they can just ask people in this app.

Another really nice thing for this app is that the EL students can answer other people's questions about their native language. This will build their confidence and give them something to hold their head high when they're feeling down.
