In my pypx week was much better. I got through and is now on the research part. I have my last challenge open up because I no longer think team work would be a issue. I like to work mostly alone due to me being able to work on my own time and things. I do also like double because there is just a small teamwork and it is kinda fun and you don't have to have the entire truck on your back. I feel like anything after double I don't prefer due to teamwork and it depends on who the person is. Things like what if I don't like the person or what if I don't work correctly with that person? I not saying I hate my group. I do enjoy working with them. But there are just some things you can't have control over.I also think that it is kind of annoying when some teammate are not working or when we forget this one we were assigned to do so I am not in a angry mode neither confident mode. Pypx was a really big success this time. I would say my mentor meeting was really effective due to our mentor and us not wasting time and just discussing. my biggest challge was that I have to finish my notes and reasreach because it is kinda of annoying when you have to take notes die to it being a tiring process. I concerned about not having enough time to finish pypx. Me and group got serrate to other groups and ever since that we worked very nice we managed to got lots done and I really like my double. I used or upgrade my social skills more because I got to communicate with Gabriel more and got things much much faster. For example we managed to finish writing our hexagons in under a day. We also decided our artwork would be a cardboard factory and it is a very good idea. I stick my face on the place where his happy because we doing amazing process and I really exited for the next 13 days left. I concerned though that our company might not be able to respond. I also developed more of my time management because long time ago I would just do that first then that then that without thinking about time a lot. So now I know what I have to do first and then fish that under today and if I know if I can't finish it today I could do it at home. I also development more of my time management by being more ognaized with my work and time. We having amazing process with our provocation piece. (beside the fact that we have to use like a lot of glue sticks) Our walls for our cardboard factory is turning out to be very nice. Gabriel has create and building a structure out of cardboard. My social skills have also development more because we working together every day. I think what I'm worried about is reaching out to my primary source not only because they might not reply they could also reply too late so we can't even use the information. I'm also almost done with my form to send to the teachers. I feel pretty confident that next week we be able to add our walls and roof done and add some paint to it. My message is about oil usage and the bad parts of it . We are nearly done with our provocation piece we just need to do some last touches. we are done. I have realised that my management with me has improved drastically for example I have been organising my work and what I have to do at home and at school so I do most of my work we need in groups at school and doing my things like notes or surveys etc at home. Another example that I have more management is that I Always check how much time we have left and if the full hour is almost over then we start cleaning up. I have always have more commutation skills because as for painting the cardboard it was quite difficult because I'am really bad at art. I'm worried about how other people would think about our provocation piece I have a lot of stage fright because I'm just worried on how people might think about my art. My biggest challenge was the painting part because unlike glueing the walls which was simple and easy for me too do. Painting is something I'am really bad at. Although my partner is a very talented artiest. This week has been a blast I feeling confident. Because I have finished my provocation piece. The artiest statement is important because it's like the key for your provocation piece. It's what it explains your topic and what it is and how your thinking revolves around this topic. Our team action will be that we will influence younger kids because those younger kids are going to one day be adults and it's important to say to them that this is bad for the environment and so on. This is an ongoing action because once these kids grow up and do pypx or something similar they can teach the next generation about the sdg and the cycle will keep on growing and growing. I think I still need to get some sort of script ready and practices on what I going to say for pypx. Pypx is going smooth for me due to the fact that we are done with the provocation piece. I had more of my commutation skills used more because I can talk with my teammate without getting in a conflict. But I still need to improve my thinking skills because I need to plan further in the future not just what I doing for today.
