         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think the American women were underrepresented the most because a lot of the struggles and obstacles they had to over come and do. They had limited roles , low representation in standards , and portrayed as bystanders. This is unfair to them and more of their story should be in history. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think American women. U.S. literature was typically written in the point of view of men. Since men had "importance" during those times for bravery and strength. Women were forced to stay in their homes which lowered the chance of recognition.</p>]]></description>
