         <description><![CDATA[<div>For my elementary students, I see rigor for students when they are able to read, dissect, and complete multi-step word problems. The process is what adds rigor for them. Sticking it out even when it gets tough and persevering to find the final answer. Also, being disciplined to work the steps backwards to check their answer. I also like real world application problems. It helps students to invest in finding the solution.</div>]]></description>

         <title>I can add rigor in my ELA classes by incorporating my problem/project based activities where students are required to problem solve and use more of their critical thinking skills as well as creativity instead of just skating away with surface level thinking. Additionally, ensuring that activities are properly differentiated to meet student needs. </title>
