However, we leveraged on our available network to reach out to potential mentees, mentors & guest speakers for our program. Rather than recruiting mentors and speakers like other projects, we were well aware that our project was so new and we did not have much experience. However, the COVID-19 stroke our province, which hinders us from making a physical camp. At first, our team were demotivated and feeling uncertain about the feasibility of the project. In one month, we have to changed nearly all of our plan from the structure of the camp, who to invite to and the fee charged. However, just as life gave us lemons, we made a delicious lemonade. Instead of inviting just people outside Dak Nong, we succeeded in reaching out to 7 speakers for three webinars with the theme "Dấu chân trên đất đỏ". Other workshops and activities during camp also received positive feedback. The project lasted for 2 weeks and we are so suprised by the impact that we have made.
