The a few keys trait of civilisation are  Cities, Complex institutions, record keepers, improved technology. The first civilisation we from cities.  Complex institutions when cities were put together the Complex institutions like government and  organized religion emerged into the world.  Specialised workers preformed other jobs than just farming, some jobs they did were pottery, metal working and weaving.  Record keeping became an important job, because they would keep record of important events, laws and many.  Lastly it is improved technology, improved technology helped them because when the cultures grew they made new and more advanced technology.
