Henry is a partner with Birmingham, Alabama's Cabaniss Johnston Gardner Dumas & O'Neal, where he represents providers throughout Alabama and Mississippi in licensure, certification, regulatory, and litigation matters. In this role, James F. Henry has worked on behalf of nursing homes, therapy companies, hospitals, and physicians, among others. Mr. Henry previously served as a partner with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, and began his work as an attorney in 1997 with Johnston Barton Proctor and Rose. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his excellence in health law by America's Best Lawyers and earned a Martindale Hubbell AV rating, the highest awarded by the legal information services company. The recipient of an MBA from Samford University, Mr. Henry earned his juris doctor from Cumberland School of Law, where he was a Cordell Hull Teaching Fellow and served as associate editor of the Cumberland Law Review.
