*In English, you add the age first since it acts as a description. For instance: Niño de 4 años - 4 years boy

2. Don't add "to" after help. 
She helps to people (incorrect)
She helps people (correct)

3. Check the sentence #3. Can you use the verb to be there?

4. Add "to" after the verb "want" (Check sentence 4) and add "-s" to the verb. Keep in mind you're using simple present tense in that sentence.

IMPORTANT:
💢 Don't forget to use the target grammar (Simple past and past progressive + When / while)
I cannot see any sentence like that.
