Having non contact time is good and should be implemented across all bay. Not only on specific bay. Probably can narrow down on how we can implement it within bay even though we are down with manpower. With the contact time being implemented. We can strive to complete our work within the time frame and not bring work back home if its not necessary.

I feel that non-contact time helps to ease us in completing our paperwork during working hours. However, as we are teaching and taking care of the younger age-group, it can/may be hard for us to have our NCT as they need us to be around.

having non-contact time is good. but can be a little bit tough as we have a specific day and time slot for it so it is not flexible and sometimes the work is needed to be done on other days.

NCT helps with easing our workload as we bring home little to no work. It also pushes us to manage our time wisely to complete tasks. However, it could only work if we have full staffing.
