Sportsmanship is also about improving together as a a team. In competition, when you lost, we should admit defeat. If you win, we should be humble and not arrogant. 
    Examples:
    1. If we won the match, we should congratulate the opposing team and we should not talk bad about them as it is not admitting defeat 
    2. When PE teacher is teaching volleyball in PE, and some of our friends do not know, we should help them and not laugh at them.
    3.
