Could we explore future staff retreats where we explore taking on a job position in a choice industry for a day as part of preparing us to teach for learners of the future? At present being seated in a room an entire day talking about 21cc skills isnt really helpful for keeping abreast of FOL aptitudes. Thanks for exploring this suggestion, just challenging paradoxies..
