She appears to have behavioral problems that could be results from her mother smoking marijuana during pregnancy or the absence of her father. The reason we chose this case study was because it is intriguing how kids process emotions and the effect that cause these emotions. Also, we would like to research the common use of marijuana and during pregnancy how it could affect children growing up. We believe that the absence of her father could be a reason she has such of a behavior problem. Susie also has difficulties thinking on her own and that’s shown based on test she takes and the impact she has on other students.
