Malala was born in Mingora, Pakistan on July 12th 1997. Parents, Ziauddin and Toor Pekai. Malala’s parents knew giving birth to a girl in Pakistan wasn’t always supported, girls never had the same rights as men had. Malala story is unbelievable, when she was a young girl she became a advocate for girls education. which her believes nearly caused her own life, Taliban gunman had a death threat against her and shot her in the head on the way home from school. After Malala made a moving speech, the president of the General Assembly of the United Nations, Vuk Jeremic responded with a statement, "Today we stand united with young people from nearly one hundred countries in seeking to ensure that no child is barred from attending school, convinced that factors like geography, gender, disability, language, wealth, and ethnicity, should not be seen as impediments to this achievement'. This is not the case, the Muslium religion is believed to be one of the most peaceful and accepting religions. After the assiantion attack malala stated this in a interview "The terrorists thought that they would change my aims and stop my ambitions," "but nothing changed in my life, except this: weakness, fear and hopelessness died. Strength, power and courage was born." Her worldview has changed a lot
