S - What are your goals in Math this term?

My first goal is to get a higher grade that what I did from last term. My second goal is to try to be more efficient with my studying. My third and last is to continue being consistent with my submissions

M - How will you keep track of your progress?

For my first, I can track my grade progress using my e-prf in order to see what I need to catch up on. Secondly, I can try new studying methods in order to save and use my time more efficiently. Lastly, I can continue to be consistent by always checking the Gclassroom for homework.

A - How do you plan to achieve these goals?

I plan to achieve these goals by creating a specific and thorough schedule guiding me through the school year.

Who will support and/or help you achieve these goals? How will these individuals support and/or help you?

The support system will mostly be comprised of my closest friends and relatives. They can help me in terms of sharing answers and insights in each and every topic discussed.

R - Why are these goals important to you?

These goals are important to me because they will help in creating good habits for the incoming senior high life.

T - How long will it take you to achieve these goals? What is your time frame?

For my first goal it is expected to get the result by the end of the 2nd term. For my second and third, there is not a definite end time for it since it is an ongoing process and it can always be improved.

In my opinion, I think this term was my most challenging one. Last term I was more chill with my studying since most of the topics were easy to understand, but for some reason Statistics really challenged me a lot. In comparison to last term, I think this is the term that I stayed closest to my SMART Goals.

S - The first I can't really measure since final grade haven't been released, but I'm hoping I accomplish my goal. For the last 2, I think I did a good job managing my time for studying and being consistent with it, though having a bunch of other extracurriculars on the side.

M - I think I completed this with all my homework (almost) being completed and tracking each and every one of my test scores.

A - The schedule did work for me in making my studying more efficient and reliable.

R - I find this to be completed because it helped me build good habits in order for me to survive the harsh deadlines and requirements of Senior High School

T - I find this to be completed as I'm happy and comfortable with my studying schedule and methods, and the only thing left is for me to find out what my final grade is gonna be

MOST CHALLENGING TASK

One of the most difficult challenges I've had is memorizing the numerous formulas for grouped and ungrouped measurements of dispersion. These calculations, which include standard deviation, variance, mean deviation, and range, vary depending on whether the data is divided into groups or left ungrouped. Understanding the distinctions and knowing when to use each formula necessitates not only memorization but also a thorough understanding of statistical principles. Grouped data adds complexity to calculations by involving class intervals, midpoints, and frequencies. Despite the difficulty, constant practice and problem-solving have helped to strengthen my understanding and increase my ability to recall and apply these concepts correctly.

COMMON MISCONCEPTION

A popular misconception is that "statistics" and "statistics" are identical, however they refer to distinct ideas. Statistics (with a capital "S") is a study that collects, analyzes, interprets, and presents statistics, making it an important part of mathematics utilized in a variety of industries such as economics, science, and business. On the other hand, statistics (with a lowercase "s") refers to numerical data or specialized measures that summarize information from datasets, such as mean, median, standard deviation, or correlation. Many people use these terms interchangeably, unaware that one refers to a broad field of research and the other to specific data points or results generated from statistical analysis.

BEST WORK

This was, in my opinion, my best work since it pushed me in ways that other topics hadn't. Given my struggle with this particular subject, receiving a decent score on this long test was more than simply a reflection of my knowledge; it was also a testament to my commitment and tenacity. I've always felt that perseverance leads to actual improvement, and this event just reaffirmed that belief. Rather than be discouraged by my initial struggles, I resolved to study harder, practice more frequently, and seek a deeper understanding of the content than memory.

During the Collaborative AA I assumed the role of the leader of my group. I assigned tasks to our group members that I am confident they can achieve and for my work I try my best to help them in any difficulty they have. All of us worked hand in hand, exchanging ideas to help each other in completing the work. In the end with the whole group's contributions we managed to submit the work on time. I hope that I may experience this type of collaboration again since this was the most cohesive one I've experienced.
