Diagnóstico: Encefalopatía + Cirrosis
Etiología: *Encefalopatía: Perdida de la funcion cerebral ocurre cuando el hígado ya no es capaz de eliminar las toxinas de la sangre puede presentarse repentinamente o desarrollarse lentamente con el tiempo.
*Cirrosis: Enfermedad crónica irreversible del higado que se origina a causa de la destruccion de las celulas hepaticas y produce un aumento del tejido modular y fibroso en este órgano.
Valoración de Enfermería: Pcte. Nikolle Montesdeoca de sexo femenino, al momento de la valoracion se encuentra en posición fowler de raza blanca con tez blanca, deshidratada, con ictericia y edematizada.
Segmentaria:
Cabeza: Simetrica, cabello largo, color negro
Cara: Humectada, acne e ictericia
Ojos: Ojeras y presenta ictericia
Nariz: No tiene aleteo nasal
Boca: Deshidratada
Oidos: Simetricos
Cuello: Corto
Tórax: Tatuaje en la parte lateral izquierda debajo de la glandula mamaria
Abdomen: Vello abdominal, edematizada
Ext. Superiores: 2 hematoma en la deltoide y cubital derecha
Ext. Inferiores: Queloide en extremidad inferior izquierda edematizada
Genitales: Vello pelvico abundante
