She tells Isabel to not be weak and afraid when Ruth is sold. However, at the first sign of war she leaves the Locktons household. In the text Becky says  "'Stop, Isabel!' Becky grabbed my arm and pulled me backward, clamping a flour-covered hand over my mouth. 'You can't storm around here like a banshee. Madam will beat you bloody. Me too.'" Becky tells Isabel to calm down and to not go running everywhere. This is shown when the article said, "Trump accused Clinton at a recent campaign stop of attacking the women who accused Bill Clinton of harassing them." He's basing this off of the affairs that Bill Clinton has had. However, Hillary herself isn't being bad to all women. She did say something to the women that accused Bill of harassing them. However there is no proof that Hillary did treat these women badly. Donald Trump treats mexicans, muslims, and millionaires badly. So, he can't say that Hillary is treating a population of people poorly (women) if he is also doing the same thing (mexicans, muslims). He's also saying that he will treat women more fairly. The article says "Trump also argued that he will be 'better for women' than Hillary Clinton."
