         <description><![CDATA[<div>As of lately I've been making more of an effort to go on weekly hikes and walk the dog more. I also brush my teeth, wear my retainer, and shower on a regular basis, but my diet has been poor because I've been trying to gain a normal weight.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>"Occupational Wellness is the ability to get personal fulfillment from our jobs or our chosen career fields while still maintaining balance in our lives" (Goal Setting Skills Unit 2 Section 1). I don't have a job at the moment but I've been thinking about part-time jobs and also what I may be majoring in college. Mentally and emotionally I am a very healthy person as I consider myself to be very smart. I've even taken up French and increased my multicultural wellness. Physically I have a lot to work on. I don't get much exercise, my diet has been poor, and I'm too skinny.</div>]]></description>
