In Latvia legal abortion is till 12 weeks, but till 22weeks it's legal just in few cases like rape or if the pregnancy is letal for the mother.
Abortion should always be a legal and available for every women. There could be many reasons why women wants to have an abortion, but that's non of anybody elses business. Usually young women have abortion, because they are not ready to provide everything that a baby needs and they want to be responsible parents.
