CNN uses interviews, charts and maps, while ABC 6 focused in on site footage and weather updates. The analysis explains how visuals help viewers understand complex topics. It also notes which visuals were necessary and appropriate. Overall it highlights the role of visuals in shaping news stories.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Sensationalism  explores how conflict and violence and sensationalism appear in TV news. The most common stories were political controversies and local crime reports. Sensationalism was looked in bold headlines with dramatic graphics and emotional interviews. Violence appeared through crime scene footage aswell as protests, and coverage of terrorist events. Ethical concerns is when stories seemed designed to shock viewers rather than inform them. The analysis emphasizes the power and responsibility of media in presenting news.</p>]]></description>
