I don't usually study due to the fact that it takes a lot of time, and it doesn't really help me all that much. However, this video has helped me find a way to make studying less time consuming and more helpful. According to a study mentioned in the video if you the spaced repetition method of studying you can remember information in less time than if you were constantly studying. The video also states that part of learning something is forgetting it and remembering it later. The video also shows many different websites that can help you study. With this information I might become better at studying, and improve my test and quiz grades.

This video helped me learn about new ways to write down my notes. The four different kinds of note taking methods described in the video were the outline method, Cornell method, mind map method, and write on the slide method. I've been using the outline method for some time now, but now that I know these new methods I can change the way I make notes if I ever think I need to. I can even try out the different methods to figure out which one will be best suited for me. If I do find out which method is better it could help improve my grades.

I usually don't have problems with taking tests, but sometimes it can be a little stressful. This video taught me ways to better improve my studying, and test anxiety. For example writing down why you're nervous helps reduce stress during a test. A way to better study is to take notice of your surroundings when you're studying. This can help you associate the information you are learning to the area you're in while you're studying. With these new methods I can be better prepared for tests that I might not be very confident on.
