         <description><![CDATA[<div>L&amp;D is there to action on identified pain points that are surfaced from Directors and Managers.&nbsp;<br><br>These pain points can include:<br>- Documentation issues that create confusion, extra work, xF communication issues, or access issues.<br>- Skill issues where gaps in ability to execute on OKRs are surfaced<br>- Blockers that impede a teams ability to execute an OKR due to xF communication, training, or documentation<br>- Initial client conversations surface a need for candidate training or skill support<br>- Current clients express an interest to expand partnerships with HireArt in the services/supports we offer candidates<br>- Support proficiency in teams ability to access, understand, and action on data collected in alignment to their OKRs. <br><br></div>]]></description>
