I am Beata, part of the core team, and the other facilitator. I will use mainly outdoor activities in the topic of mental health.

As a professional I am a psychologist, mindfulness teachers and music and art therapist, and I work both with children and adults individually and in groups.

As a Youth worker I usually use outdoor methods or music and arts.

I’m the founder and director of Step Toward Success, an organization actively working with youth across Georgia in various creative and educational formats. Supporting young people’s growth and empowerment is at the heart of what we do.

Beyond work, I’m someone who loves hiking, camping, traveling, reading, and most importantly, spending quality time with my little daughter.

Throughout the program, I engaged with innovative methodologies for conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and inclusive communication—all grounded in humanistic and restorative approaches. The training placed strong emphasis on empathy, trust-building, and creating psychologically safe environments for youth to thrive, particularly those facing social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties.

This experience was both enriching and transformative. It has significantly enhanced my capacity to respond constructively to complex youth dynamics and has deepened my commitment to inclusive, youth-centered practice. The insights gained will be instrumental in my future professional endeavors, allowing me to bring more impactful, socially responsible interventions into my architectural work with youth spaces and community-oriented design.

My own mantra is "We (young people) are tomorrow, and we have to act to make tomorrow better." To the intellectual emancipation to each human being I dedicate my life. Having the choice shouldn't be a privilege anymore but a right for everyone. We should choose by love and not by fear and ignorance.

Since I was 8 I’ve been part of a scout group in my hometown, San Lorenzo de El Escorial. Once I turned 18, I started my stage as an educator volunteering there as a free time monitor. I have been working with children and preadolescents.

The aim of my Scout Group is to provide a non-formal comprehensive education in values such as the respect for Human Rights, nature conservation, solidarity and the mutual-understanding. To achieve this, we foster each youngster personal development and encourage them to have a constructive role in society. Our methods include playing, immersion in nature, creating a safe environment for their development, social inclusion and personal progression as a mindful, intentional process.

I really enjoyed this experience! I hope one day I’ll meet you all and we see again the wonderful starry sky at night of La Borie Noble. I know someday I’ll come back.

For the last year I have been working as a teacher in a school in Kyiv region, participating in the Teach for Ukraine program and also working for an NGO that promotes non-formal education in Ukraine.

I wanna share my experience here in La Boire Noble. Such a good was that I can not describe in general. Being near friendly people, sharing stories and talking a lot were some of the most beautiful things ever. To be familiar with everyone and build a strong frinedship was amaizing.

During the Erasmus+ training program at La Borie Noble, I had the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals about understanding and responding to challenging behaviors through creative, mindful, and inclusive approaches. The days were filled not only with valuable knowledge and tools, but also with unforgettable moments of joy, laughter, and deep connection with other participants. It was a truly enriching experience, both personally and professionally that I will always carry with me. I’ll never forget the fun we shared, the conversations, and the warmth of the community we built together.

I’ve learned a lot from this wonderful project: not only about how to manage challenging behaviours when working with youngsters, but also about different cultures and ways of life, since I had the opportunity to meet amazing and lovely people from many different countries.

This has been an incredibly enriching experience that I will always remember. ¡Muchas gracias a todos!
