I always encourage my family to travel by the MTR or walk instead of driving. It not only encourages less carbon footprints but also boosts our physical health!

Since following a vegetarian diet, my family has been purchasing fewer meat products, and we visit local markets for fresh vegetables more frequently to support local businesses.
