(Advisory, PLCs, UbDs, Personalized Learning)<br>- Get input on Culture &amp; Climate &amp; Instructional Priorities<strong><br><br>April -  SY17-18 Planning &amp; Calendar Creation </strong><em><br>- Fine Arts Example: called upon for tbut not given enough time to pull performances group. Clarify what we want the department i.e. rigorous academic instruction vs. performances<br><br>Collaborative Meetings - doing more things virtually (Ms. Walter's Idea)  - evaluate our processes, how to get info without needing to do with synchronous. <br><br></em><strong><em>Committees: <br></em></strong>- Define committee meeting dates &amp; commitment on the front end <br>- Give everyone a choice <strong><em><br>- </em></strong>Why committees? Rethink that solution to getting interested staff members involved<strong><em><br><br>True Collaboration = the right hand knowing what the left hand is doing at all times</em></strong><em><br><br></em><strong>Clarify the Purpose of Each Meeting</strong><em><br></em>LTMs<strong> - </strong>agenda is already established, doesn't allow space for updates <br>- LTMs feel too large. Would like to make them smaller, have smaller meetings <br>- Admin/ILT can share weekly "Big Rocks" - decisions that need to be made, things coming up, <br>- Monthly meetings with departments where DCs/teachers collaborate to establish agenda<br><br>Ms. Farr-Cannon - needs outlet to express concerns <em><br><br><br></em><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Develop a procedure where we insure that instructional time is sacred from class interruptions as well as a process established that allows the teacher to determine if the student is able to miss a class versus a list being sent out later with no input from the student.</title>
