         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would have to reduce time I spend on my phone and tik tok to actually get myself out of the house. I will write my progress in a notebook/journal. I will also write if I skip any days or if I walk for less time than I am supposed too.  I will need to hand my phone to my mom and explain my problem to her. After I come back I will be allowed to have my phone again. The goal is realistic because now since it is almost spring there will be nicer weather and my backyard is big enough for me to play around in. (The backyard is a private backyard so I will still be social distancing and wearing my mask.)  In the next few months I hope to achieve this because going out and getting vitamin D is important too. <br>This requires starting March, 5- June 1st. And 30-45 mins everyday. I will try my best to not skip days as much unless it is really bad weather. If there is really bad weather I will have to walk around the house for 35 mins. </div>]]></description>

I really need it because it's been so long and i haven't had enough physical motion as a regular person. All i do, is on my phone scrolling through TikTok exhausted with absolutely NOTHING to do! I think this would be a perfect opportunity to take some physicals because it's the perfect season. It's not too cold, and it would make me spend a lot more time to myself and have time to do something productive and not be on my phone for like 4 hours. </div>]]></description>

I can't have any time after school either, because i have homework, make lunch, help with my sisters homework, physical activity for 60 minutes and just don't have time. So, my plan would be that i could just maybe have time to take a bath, laugh for some time, facials, nails and hair done, and just have a positive mind set! </div>]]></description>
