My name is Elizabeth Bere. Iam an environmentalist. I teach at Avondale Junior School in Harare, which is the capital city of Zimbabwe.

I founded the Environmental Awareness Club at the school. As a club, we introduced separation of litter at source.

We carry out awareness campaigns to help other learners understand the link between bad waste management practices and climate change.
