Given that a paper that has been plagiarised will be dismissed and see me removed from the course, I will not be plagiarising a word. I have never had issues through turnitin regarding my similarity levels so I will be continuing to utilise references in a manner that avoids plagiarism.

Any quotes will be clearly marked in quotation marks and referenced to the original author appropriately.

I will avoid plagiarism by utilising my own word context within my dissertation mainly. Were I have used writing ideas from other sources, such as articles and published papers, I will paraphrase and reference them accordingly. Lastly, as suggested in this unit, I will check my work for plagiarism through Turnitin within the similarity report and revisit any areas of writing that are highlighted largely against another person work.
Plagiarised work can ultimately have your own work revoked and potentially lead to being excluded from a course.

I will also be using correct citing and referencing to correctly and using Harvard referencing.

To ensure my work is original, always paraphrase information in your own words while preserving the original meaning. I use proper citations and references when including ideas, data, or direct quotes from other sources. Keep track of all references as I research to avoid accidental plagiarism. Utilise plagiarism detection tools to check your work before submission maybe ?

I find that paraphrasing is the best way to rewrite someone else’s work but make sure you give them the credit by citing them and referencing properly. I don’t use direct quotes as I worry that this will be seen as plagiarism and as I’m not a 100% sure on how to avoid this with direct quotes I just don’t use them.
