·       Case study A is on the fly-tipping / illegal waste problem, endemic in many parts of HMSR:  from experience there is a complex set of causes and effects. 
·       Case studies B-D are open for discussion:  likely options would include – community safety / policing: cost of living crisis:  young people’s mental health: low traffic neighbourhoods.
