There has been a great deal of advancements towards the development of early warning systems that have improved the access to weather and forecast information enabling decision makers and the communities at risk to take action before the disaster occurs. One of the approaches the RCRC movement is using to advance and scale up Early Warning Early Action is Forecast based Financing (FbF). This session therefore aims to share the basics of FbF through fun learning with those interested in knowing what FbF is all about.
