Step 2 – Learn about carbon footprint
Discuss what a carbon footprint is and how daily activities (transport, food, energy, shopping) affect the environment.

Step 3 – Calculate your footprint
Use a simple online carbon footprint calculator (WWF or a similar tool) to estimate your personal or family carbon footprint.

Step 4 – Analyse the results
Together, decide which habits create the highest emissions in your daily life.

Step 5 – Create your poster
Using Canva, design an infographic or poster that includes:

• your carbon footprint results (in simple words),

• the main habits that increase it,

• 3–4 easy solutions to reduce it (e.g. walking instead of driving, saving energy, reducing food waste).

Step 6 – Add your details
Write the first names of the team members, your school, and your country on the poster.

Step 7 – Upload to Padlet
Upload your finished poster here.

Step 8 – Look and react
View posters from other schools and leave a like or a short positive comment on at least 2 posters.
