It told us about your qualifications as well as why you are interested in working for the place. Your personal experience with the place was a nice touch. However, it might be better if it was a little longer and more in depth. You show that you have experience by giving the amount of hours you have put in. You also have showed that you are interested in this position. However, I think that you could add a little more detail on that part where you explain that you are interested in this position by going further into detail. Also, you should add why you should be the one to get hired rather than others. I also would try and put your words into a more professional way.
