I think he will get his Rehab back by trading the newspaper for a lot of money and then he will by something cheap and trade it for something more expensive then he will repeat the process to soon get the Rehab back.

I think Dan is a important character since Dan is Sami's closest friend and I think Dan will be a very important part of getting the rehab back because of his kindness and brains.

I think Dan is a good character, like he helped Sami find the rebab in the first place, and he fixed the iPod, but his is kind of a bad character, because he made Sami join the soccer team, but then again the soccer team is the reason he started his trades

One of the ideas we had was Peter was the one who stole the Rebab and he traded the iPod to make himself look good but it was a scam. another idea was Dan was going to be bad but he was actually a great kid

I think Dan is a good friend. One reason I think that is Dan stood up for Sami when Peter states racist comments about Sami such as "Terrorist." and "Bomb lover." This shows Dan will always be by Sami's side.

I think Layla is a good friend because she never really get angry and she is very kind to Dan and Sami.

I think that Layla will help a lot with the trades because, her mom has that shop and Sami can trade in the computer for money. And I think Layla will help him get plenty of money too, plus when she took him to her moms shop he found the dolls that Benj had and he got 145 dollars which got him the computer in the first place

I think he is very sad and disappointed because the computer did not get bought and he is trying really hard not to show his emotions.

I think yesterday's meeting was very productive. One topic I thought was very important from yesterday was how we talked about the importance of the characters in the book. For example we were saying how Dan is an important character because he was Sami's first friend and really tried to help him throughout the book so far.
