Lady Macbeth is Speaking to Macbeth.

After the murder of Duncan, Lady Macbeth addresses Macbeth psychotic breakdown. Lady Macbeth hears knocking and "puts on the pants" to take them back to their room.
Lady Macbeth points out how they are the same or possibly on the same level as they are both stained red with blood, but she feels shame for Macbeth.
