In the case of the Honolulu Rail, there are many sides concerning this issue. The side that I agree on is the Arguments against the Honolulu Rail because looking through my research I was very convinced that with the new addition to Oahu the effects on traffic stays the same, financing will increase our taxes, it increases more of the geographic area, increase are concerns of Oahu's environmental and heal issues.
