1. Presentation about Problem Solving and Why is it important to address this skills
2. Hiring activity: Group 3 will propose the creation of a piercing company from scratch. One of the first things when opening a new company is the staff hiring process. Group 3 is going to divide all the participants in 3 groups (the same groups that are already created) and will give each group 6 possible candidates for the job. This activity will be divided in 2 steps.
Step 1: Participants will have a card with the candidates for the company. In this card they will only see the professions of these people without any background. Each of the groups will decide with 3 people would they hire and why. (The professions don't match perfectly with the type of company they are creating. This way, they will need to think creatively on the reasons to hire one person and not another one). The small groups will have 15 minutes to make their decision and then they will explain it to the big group.
Step 2: In this second round, the cards will have some background information about the candidates. In this case, the groups will need to discuss if they still choose the same people as before for the job or if they want to change their selection. After 15 minutes of discussion they will explain their final decision with the big group.
- Final reflection activity: What types of challenge can we face when opening a new company?

Next steps:
