Data Collection more efficient

@Emily Plunkett, I don't know if I have a lot of advice on how to be more efficient in data collection, but one thing that I am trying to do better about is creating folders for each iteration of my process. When I am working with students as researchers, I also like to keep a running document of next steps so that we are all on the same page.
