I want to provide as much guidance as i can to better support the new generation. This guidance will come in trainings and setting the org up for success (sharing resources, community partners, good finances).

To leave an impact is to have your work continued on after your departure from the org. That something that you started is able to be expanded upon even if you're not there to work on it. You can still support your org even after you're gone by providing advice and guidance to the future new eboards.

To me it means putting systems in place that can be used for the years to come that help the new board continuing building a sense of community without obstacles.
