The shop that I went to is Tesco. The good thing about Tesco is that the staff members are very kind to me. They have showed me their kindness by saying hello to me as soon as I enter Tesco.

The bad thing about Tesco is that it sells too much unhealthy food and the staff members don't give you the right change after you have paid for the food at Tesco.

The people that have been treated badly are to  go to a different Tesco that has a better service. They should talk to the manger to explain the problem with Tesco.

The last time I was at McDonald's  the place was messy, pact and the assistant on the till didn't even smile but the one good thing was the sitting arrangement. My experience  made me feel angry, upset and disappointed wit the company. 

My advice for other customers
who have had a bad experience's with McDonald is get report it to the  manager and get compensation
like, free meal deals for  two weeks or you could get your money back and never go back.

Last time i went there the place was vary dirty unclean.everywhere on the table, there was fizzy drinks spilet on the table. When I order food for and my friends,they gave me the wrong items. I was really upset.  I told the manger and they did nothing.  This why I never ever go to KFC .

My advice will be if ever go to KFC and have a bad time you should write a complaint to the company and ask for a refund.

 I had a similar like Maria in the shop and the stuff was rude, and I couldn't see my size in the shop.When I asked them if there anyone can help me, they wouldn't help me and when I asked them again they were very rude with me.

When I went to pay, the assistant on the till didn't smile and they were on their phones talking to their friends, and when I said can you help me please she looked at me hardly, and she said I'm writing a message to my friends. I felt very shocked.

After she finished, I paid the money. No_one said thank you to me and I found it very rude. Even i spent a lot of money one more problem I had from the shop is that you can pay only by cash. You can't pay by credit card.

The advise, I would give to the staff is to not use their phone when they are customer.I think they should treat the customer nicely and say thank you always. If the staff do not listen to the customers, you should complain to the manager and contact the HR

I am going to share my bad experience that I suffered in McDonald's at Woolwich.

One time I ordered from drive through, but when I got my burger and pepsi.  After having my burger. I had food poisoning. and then I was sick for the next 3 days after finishing the burger a day before.

When I complained to HR they told me to not go back to McDonald's ever again. so they suggested me to eat in KFC or Burger Kind or even Domino's Pizza next time I order fast food.

my advice for anyone that has a bad time in McDonald's please do contact the HR by email or phone number.

when I ordered food from the Burger King in Eltham Highstreet, I opened my food and found a spider crawling on my food. I felt disgusted.

I went back to complain and they said i quote "That is not our problem" and then she kissed her lips at me.
I have never met such a rude staff establishment ever.

I have never had a bad time at a shop.I have had some good times. My local shop has the best people ever.

They always give me free bees I feel like I have a strong bond with them. I go into there shop every day and we have a chat about life and college.Last week I lost my money and when I told them they gave me 5 pounds so  could make my way home.

If you have ever come across a rude customer service assistant, you should report them to HR.

I walked into the airport with my older sister and we went through  the check in and we did everything we needed to. 
then the security started searching and asking me questions but they did not believe me. 
They took me into into interrorgations and the women was staring at me making me feel uncomfortable.

Advise to people the get interrorgated in a Airport is to stay calm and write a complaint.
