The movie features J cuts, L cuts, match cuts and clashes. One example of a match cut is when Scott is focused Ramona in the library, then broken out of his state while at practice with his band. Also, to get to the library we see a clash cut of Scott yelling, which leads to a "shhh" as we see the silence sign in the library.
